Sounding Board is a dedicated space for meaningful, one-on-one or small group conversations with senior AAST members. Participants are paired with one or two senior members for a focused, one-hour session on a specific topic of interest. These sessions are designed to provide feedback, fresh perspectives, and practical advice — giving you the chance to test ideas, explore possibilities, and take the next step with confidence.

Who is it for?
This program is designed for AAST fellows (junior faculty and mid-career faculty) and associate members (resident and fellows).
