AAST Fellow

AAST Fellow Application requirements include:

• Three letters of support from active members (1 sponsor and 2 endorsers) - need to be uploaded by the applicant. Please make sure you have your sponsor and endorsers send you their letter to upload on the last page of the application. (Click here for a sponsor/endorser letter template)
• List of trauma-related activities within the last year
• A current photo (in jpeg or tiff format)
• A current copy of the applicant’s curriculum vitae (Guidelines for Organizing Your CV)
• A cover letter
