Case Log

The Acute Care Surgery Case Log System is essential to the success of your Acute Care Surgery Fellowship program.  By entering the cases in the case log spreadsheet, when it is time for your site revisit, the committee and revisit team will pull your cases from the Case Log system and review them prior to the visit.  This will save you and the revisit team time prior to the visit.  If you have any questions on the case log system, please contact Bridget Lindbloom

From time to time, we discover there is not a logical place to log certain procedures or a CPT code is missing, etc.  Please email Bridget Lindbloom if you have any questions like this.

Additional Information

Your login information will come from [email protected]. Please contact Bridget Lindbloom if you are having difficulty logging into the caselog system.

When you log in, you should see two (or more) caselog database options on the home screen - Surgical critical care and American Association for the Surgery of Trauma (AAST).  You can determine which database you would like to default to every time you log in as well as select a different database to work in at any given time.

*Please note: During your SCC year, you should be logging cases in BOTH the SCC and AAST databases.
