Access the Annual Meeting App

 

How to Create Your Account

  1. Select the Access
    the Annual Meeting App button below to open the app login screen.
  2. Select Create an Account, or choose to sign in with your Google, Microsoft, or Apple account.
  3. Follow the prompts to create your account.
  4. I will send a verification code to your email address.
  5. Enter the verification code to verify your email and complete your account setup.
  6. Once verified, sign in to access the Annual Meeting App.

 

Add the App to Your Device's Home Screen (iPhone, Android, iPad)

Please note: If you attended a previous Annual Meeting and still have the mobile app saved to your device, it will not contain information for this year’s meeting. 

We highly recommend adding the web-based app to your device’s home screen using the instructions below. This will create an app icon on your home screen for easy navigation. You can also bookmark this site so you will have easy access throughout the event.

Android Device

  1. On your Android device, open Chrome Chrome.
  2. Go to the linked website with a web app that you want to install.
  3. On the right side of the address bar, tap More  and then Install and create shortcut  and then Install.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Apple Device

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome .
  2. Go to a website that you want to add.
  3. On the right of the address bar, tap Share .
  4. Find and tap Add to Home Screen.
  5. Confirm or edit the website details and tap Add.

Tips:

  • If web app is available, the shortcut opens the app.

Safari 

  1. Go to the Safari app  on your iPhone.

  2. Go to the website.

  3. Tap the More button, then tap Share.

    If your Tabs layout is Bottom or Top, tap the Share button. See Change the layout in Safari.

  4. Scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen.

    If you don’t see Add to Home Screen, you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, then tap  Add to Home Screen.

  5. Turn on Open as Web App.

  6. Tap Add.

 

 

Important Information for Speakers

If you are a speaker, you must create your account using the same email address you used to register for the AAST Annual Meeting. This ensures your account is connected to your speaker profile and assigned sessions.

If you are unsure which email address you used to register, you can check your registration information at the AAST 2026 registration site: https://www.mcievents.com/aast2026/

All attendees, including speakers, must create an account to access the Annual Meeting App.
