    Learning Objectives:

    To describe the relative roles of endovascular and open techniques in the management of subclavian and axillary artery injuries comparing hospital outcomes, and long-term limb viability.

    Impact Statement:

    Subclavian and axillary artery injuries are uncommon but potentially devastating injuries. The management of subclavian and axillary artery injuries requires diverse exposures and procedures. Upon completion of the multicenter study, an algorithm was formed for clinical management of these traumatic injuries with awareness of treatment outcomes.
