- The presidential address by Patrick Reilly, MD, "'Be All You Can Be" will take place on Wednesday, September 11th at 12:15 PM PST
- On Wednesday, September 11th from 6:10-7:10 PM PST there will be a Welcome Reception
- On Friday, September 13th from 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM, AAST will host a lunch with Exhibitors - lunch will be provided to attendees
- Fitts Lecture: Thursday, September 12th at 11:30 AM PST from Michael Rotondo, MD, "The Academic Medical Center and the US Healthcare Economy: Altruism, Capitalism, Egoism"
- Expert Surgeon Lecture: Friday, September 13th 10:30 AM PST from Amy Goldberg, MD, "A Look Back…..on the Ever-Changing Practice of Trauma Surgery"
- Two panels:
