  • Registration for the 84th Annual Meeting of AAST & Clinical Congress of Acute Care Surgery will open in June 2025.

    IMPORTANT:

    Please note important information regarding this year's meeting:

    • The meeting will begin on Wednesday, September 10th at 8:00 AM EST
    • Pre-sessions will be held on Tuesday, September 9th from 1:00-6:00 PM EST
    • On Wednesday, September 10th from 6:10-7:10 PM EST, there will be a Welcome Reception with Exhibitors
    • There will be one poster session with 10 groups. This will take place Thursday, September 11th from 12:45 PM - 1:45 PM EST.
    • The Friday banquet is an additional $50 fee (complimentary for students only). There is no table sign-up for the banquet
