Registration for the 85th Annual Meeting will open in June 2026.

In-person registration for the 84th Annual Meeting of AAST and the Clinical Congress of Acute Care Surgery is now closed. Thank you to everyone who attended the meeting.

If you missed the in-person meeting, you can still watch the talks on the on-demand portal until December 1, 2025. 

The on-demand portal will be ready on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

The cost for the on-demand portion is $400 for AAST members and non-members. Students, residents, and in-training fellows are admitted free of charge. They will need to send a letter before they are granted access.
