Registration Fees (per person) Physician Other Healthcare Prof All Days $700 $500 Single Day $375/person $275/person Registration fees after 5/31/2022 will include an additional $100 fee Cancellation Policy: Online refunds may be processed through June 10, 2022 minus a $100 cancellation fee. After this date, no refunds will be granted for non-attendance. No cancellations will be accepted by phone. Substitutions are permitted prior to the conference without any penalty. Substitutions made onsite at the conference will be subject to a $50 change fee.
