MedStar Washington Hospital is the largest ACS-verified Trauma Center in the Nation's capital. With 60 adult surgical critical care beds, we offer state-of-the-art training in the management of critically ill trauma, general , vascular, neurological, and cardiac surgery patients. The one-year, ACGME SCC fellowship allows for elective time on the busy trauma/acute care surgical service. Graduates have gone on to busy and successful careers in a variety of settings including academic trauma. |
