    Pediatric Pandemic Network (PPN)

    The network brings together experts from five children’s hospitals in diverse regions of the United States — University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital (lead), University of California San Francisco-Benioff Children’s Hospitals, University of Louisville School of Medicine-Norton Children’s Hospital, University of Utah, Primary Children’s, Saint Louis University-Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital — with federally funded national partners: the Emergency Medical Services for Children Innovation and Improvement Center (EIIC) and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response's two Pediatric Disaster Centers of Excellence: the Western Regional Alliance for Pediatric Emergency Management (WRAP-EM) and the Great Lakes Pediatric Consortium for Disaster Response (Region V for Kids).

    The network and website are in the early stages of development and will be adding 5 more Pediatric Centers to the network. It is planned to become a place for resources for planning and response for pediatrics.
