Lunch sessions are tentatively set for Wednesday, September 21st, Thursday, September 22nd, and Friday, September 23rd . These dates are subject to change.
The AAST Program Committee will review all proposals at its April 5th meeting. Please provide the below information to the Program Committee by Friday, March 18th.
The Program Committee decides the final session lineup. Please note the presenters and moderators on the initial submission form may be changed based off suggestions from the committee. It is highly encouraged to invite AAST members as moderators and presenters.
Notifications will begin the week of April 11th, with all paperwork due by Monday, May 2nd. Please select below if you wish to provide Self-Assessment CME, AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, or both. If Self-Assessment CME is selected, paperwork MUST be turned in on time or only AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ will be offered. By agreeing to the lunch session, the committee is responsible for submitting the paperwork by the May 2nd deadline.
The person submitting this form is responsible for confirming all presenters and moderators, and for organizing the session.
PLEASE NOTE: AAST does not pay for travel, registration fees, or hotel rooms for moderators or presenters. AAST will not incur costs regarding shipping materials, supplies, equipment, etc.
If your lunch/pre-session is accepted: speakers/moderators do not need to pay for the session they are involved in (a code will be sent closer to the meeting to use to register for the accepted session); however, they must still register for the full AAST meeting if they wish to attend. Registering as a speaker/moderator for your accepted lunch/pre-session does not automatically give you access to the full AAST meeting.
