Apply for AAST Scholarships Today - DEADLINE EXTENDED!
The AAST is dedicated to the discovery, dissemination, implementation, and evaluation of knowledge related to acute care surgery (trauma, surgical critical care, and emergency general surgery) by fostering research, education, and professional development in an environment of fellowship and collegiality.
A major goal of the AAST is to provide research scholarships each year to young investigators to further trauma research and as well as scholarships for medical students, residents, and in-training fellows to attend the AAST Annual Meetings.

Scholarships must be submitted by Monday, February 19th, 2021.

- Guidelines for submission can be found here
- All abstracts must fit one page. Please use our formatted Word document to ensure your abstract fits on one page. Be sure to submit it under "Upload One Page Abstract" in the submission system
